Sea Bank Middlewich
Sea Bank is a small cul-de-sac adjacent to the river & canal and near the centre of Middlewich.
This is a brownfield development, as the site was previously occupied by former terraced houses.
It is therefore a relatively small infill site, with constraints associated with the proximity of neighbouring properties, existing trees and site levels above the road frontage.
Picea Design has created a development of 5 no. dwellings, made up of 4 no. 2 bed semi- detached cottages along the site frontage and a detached 3 bed house to the rear of the site.
A Planning Application has been submitted to Cheshire East Council following pre-app discussions with Council officers.
It is hoped that the Application will be determined by the New Year.
