Bridge Street Wybunbury

Picea Design has acted from Simon Clutton Homes Ltd to secure a Planning Approval for a development of 21 no. dwellings (including 6 no. affordable dwellings).

As is often the case, the Planning strategy was key to the successful delivery of this scheme.

The entrance to the site had the benefit of a separate Planning Approval for the development access and 2 no. dwellings and therefore this was revised to allow a prompt start on construction.

The remainder of the site, which included the affordable element, was then submitted as ARM Application to an extant Outline Approval, which as expected took longer to achieve due to complications and omissions from the original Outline approval.

Work included presentations to the local Parish Council, the Borough Planning Committee and site visits from Councillors.

Picea Design prepared a detailed site layout and house type drawings for the project.

The development is now well advanced and selling well.
